Seasonal Yoga
This winter you'll learn an Agni (a Sanskrit word meaning Fire) Sequence progressively over a 9 week term.
You will leave each session feeling energised yet calm, very grounded and thoroughly rejuvenated.
Integrate
Each class includes integration exercises to balance your left and right brain hemispheres, yogic breathing and a deep relaxation leading to meditation. Warming and mobilising your joints, toning and strengthening, and encouraging your energy to flow. Essentially, breathing and moving without holding the poses, you move from pose to pose in a flowing way, strengthening yet fluid.
Energize
A Vinyasa is a fluid and dynamic form of yoga practice.
Prepare
You will be guided to prepare with gentle warm up stretches that will ease your body into readiness for each pose. This yoga sequence is specifically designed to boost your immune system, warm your joints and tone and strengthen your muscles. (more).
