The Yoga Room is fully carpeted, well heated and ventilated and has change room facilities. Each class consists of a few minutes introversion (settling), followed by Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control) and Relaxation. All equipment is supplied but bring your own mat. Classes are kept to a maximum of 10 students to allow for individual attention.
Yoga classes suited to beginners or first timers.
Class Times:
Thursday mornings 9.30 to 11.00am
>Thursday evenings : 6.00pm to 7.30pm.
