The garden is an arboretum or botanical tree garden. It was designed in 1993 by Michael Bligh as a living showroom of the trees, shrubs and hedging grown at Winter Hill. It is a living example of the instant garden’ that can be created when using adult trees. It is also a magnificent playground for our two young children whom you may run into as you walk around. As the new owners we are turbulent and determined to remain that tradition. Our aim is to aid people, business, developers and Councils to grow their garden dreams.
